Commercial Insurance

General Liability

General Liability insurance covers claims of bodily injury or other physical injury or property damage. It is frequently offered in a package with Property insurance to protect your business against incidents, which may occur on your premises or at other covered locations where you normally conduct business. Commercial General Liability enables your business to continue operations while it faces real or fraudulent claims of certain types of negligence or wrongdoing.

Professional Liability

Professional liability provides coverage for defense costs and awards for liability arising from improper professional practices and errors and omissions in the conduct of business activities.

Directors and Officers

A Directors and Officers policy provides coverage for individual Directors and Officers including the costs of defense and settlement. This coverage is designed to protect the organization from a financial crisis in the event of a costly claim.

Business Auto Coverage

A business auto policy can provide coverage for physical damage to vehicles used for commercial purposes, liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage to others arising out of the insured’s operation of a vehicle, as well as coverage for medical treatment of the insured.

Bonds

A bond is a debt instrument secured by a lien on some or all of the issuing organization’s property (as opposed to a stock, which is an equity, or ownership, share in the issuing company.)

Property Coverage

Property coverage insurance can provide coverage for your building and it’s contents. There are different possible coverage’s ranging from specific named-perils policies to broader all-risk policies.

Workers Compensation

Workers compensation coverage is designed to meet the workers compensation laws of your state. Workers’ compensation coverage can provide protection for injured workers and supporting protection through an employer’s liability coverage.

Builders Risk

A builders risk policy covers a building or structure in the course of construction. This coverage may include theft and vandalism of materials and supplies from the moment it is delivered to the job site.

Employment Practice Liability

Employment practice liability can provide coverage for defense costs and liability arising from allegations of improper employment practices, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Excess Liability

Excess liability provides coverage for claims that may not be covered in other liability policies, including false arrest, slander and liability coverage for rental units you own. This policy provides excess liability coverage beyond the liability limits provided in your auto or general liability policies. It is designed to protect your personal assets once the liability limits of the underlying policy have been exhausted due to a covered loss.
